Abstract
To determine if patients with confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection, treated with drugs that increase the expression of angiotensin converting enzyme 2 8 IECAS, ARB and / or NSAIDs) have a higher risk of poor disease progression (pneumonia, acute respiratory syndrome and cardiac involvement), mortality or hospital admission than patients not treated with these drugs. A retrospective study of all patients with confirmed SARS-CoV-2 virus infection in Alava is proposed. All patients with confirmed infection will be followed up from the first contact with the health system until its resolution (negative test) or death, if applicable. The data will precede the electronic medical history of each patient.
