Abstract

Project summary The objectives of the SyChloquine project are the synthesis of new derivatives of hydroxychloroquine, their characterization, as well as their biological evaluation in the field of several pathologies, in particular as antivirals against COVID-19. Recent work has allowed an important breakthrough in the understanding of the COVID-19 disease. Our expertise is used for the synthesis of various chloroquine derivatives. Goal Make available to biologists and infectious disease specialists and virologists a series of molecules that may interfere with COVID-19 for possible development.
