Abstract

A study aims to evaluate the accuracy of rapid tests in the salivary detection of Covid-19 markers for the purpose of diagnosis and epidemiological studies. Presented by Nadia do Lago Costa (UFG), the research intends to validate rapid tests, with the use of salivary samples, that are accurate and allow the identification of susceptible and sick individuals, who should be promptly referred for treatment or other necessary conduct, decreasing thus, the risk of contamination and monitoring the evolution of the disease.
