Abstract

This project investigates how online admission workshops change the selection of candidates. In a large admission program, the authors compare admission workshops from the same cohort - not affected by COVID-19 - to those workshops, which were hold digital. The project also studies whether candidate selection differs across those two admission channels - holding selection into the workshops constant.
