Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused many deaths, especially among the elderly. In order to avoid the saturation of health systems, social isolation has been adopted, which can negatively impact mental health. Objectives: to develop educational activities, with digital technologies, that encourage healthy habits and make it possible to face the challenges imposed by the pandemic. Methodology: There will be 40 Lives and 80 posts on digital media. A digital booklet will be prepared, translated into pounds.
