Abstract

This is an extension action promoted by the Faculty of Health Sciences and which aims to provide opportunities through videos, pod casts, posts, lives and other online instruments, experiences in Integrative and Complementary Practices (PICs), such as meditation, yoga, aromatherapy, auriculotherapy, floral therapy, music therapy, family constellation, among others with the objective of contributing to the physical and mental well-being of the entire community in general in this moment of social isolation due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
