Abstract

The project's proposal is to develop a virtual assistant (Chatbot), connected to Whatsapp messaging (via writing / voice) to continuously monitor the physical state and symptoms of citizens, in addition to creating a direct communication channel for citizens. With geolocation, we provide public and health managers with real-time data / indicators / metrics, through dashboards, about the population. In an ecosystem of participatory surveillance, using the means of communication known to the user and "talking" with the population, the monitoring of trends for infectious diseases is possible, in addition to data-oriented management.
