Abstract

The aim is to provide the human ACE2 expressing animal model for pre-clinical vaccine evaluation and to develop the Tcell and B-cell based assays that would test the immunogenicity, quality and stability of protective immune response to a SARS-CoV-2 vaccine candidate. Moreover, SARS-CoV-2 Pseudotyped virus has been developed for vaccine evaluation in BSL-2 settings.
