Abstract

Companies can receive short-time work compensation in times of crisis. In the corona pandemic, this option was used very often. Against this background, the evaluation of the PVK is intended to determine whether the adjustments to the legal basis for short-time work were appropriate, whether the federal support for the cantons was appropriate and whether the supervision and controls could ensure the legality of the benefit receipt.
