Abstract
The objective of the research is to compare the sensitivity and specificity of detection of SARS-CoV-2 in nasopharyngeal and saliva swabs, looking for a faster and safer collection alternative. The dynamics of SARS-CoV-2 excretion in saliva will also be evaluated, with serial collections in patients with mild symptoms, and of medium and high complexity.
