Abstract

It is an important protein for coronavirus replication, which also inhibits the initial response of the immune system. Docking drug repositioning studies are being carried out to select possible drugs that might inhibit the activity of this virus protein. Pharmaceutical companies such as Eurofarama and Aché donated some of the selected compounds to be validated.
