Abstract

In this sense, analytical methods by HPLC-EM (high performance liquid chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry) are being developed to identify and quantify biomarkers involved in the inflammatory condition caused by the virus. The response in neutrophils and human mononuclear cells (lymphocytes and monocytes) incubated with virus will be evaluated, compared to the positive control (LPS)
