Abstract
The Systems Biology group of the Laboratory of Ecological Plant Physiology is applying software developed by it to understand how the evolution of the pattern of infections and deaths in COVID-19 is related to the different urban patterns in the city of São Paulo. The work is a collaboration with the IEA's USP-Global Cities Program and the FFLCH's Center for the Study of Violence.
