Abstract
It is a free online platform, in an audiovisual environment, customizable, to support the realization of ceremonials of farewell and registration of memorials of loved ones. Within this context in which we live in the face of a pandemic, elaborating death and mourning has been a challenge. And the farewell ritual, present in all cultures and religions, is suspended at this moment. On this platform there is an online experience, via streaming, with the use of simultaneous and synchronized narratives. For the elaboration and execution of the project, LabArteMídia (Laboratory of Art, Media and Digital Technologies) - a research group linked to the Department of Cinema, Radio and Television and ECA's Media and Audiovisual Processes Program - joined in a transdisciplinary collaboration; InterPsi (Psychosocial Studies Laboratory: Belief, Subjectivity, Culture & Health), a research group linked to the Psychology Institute and the Sociable Robots Laboratory, c ommunication, technology, psychology, law, audiovisual and art. In a poetic way and with the support of psychologists, specialists in rituals, scholars of religions, law, arts, audiovisual, communication and computer engineering, the tool seeks to provide an experience of affection and help in the process of mourning and conservation of memories.
