Abstract
The objective is to be able to assess the presence or absence of genetic material of the virus in different compartments and assist in mathematical modeling and decision-making, in addition to obtaining samples of sewage from different regions and neighborhoods of São Paulo and RMSP, in order to relate to socio-environmental data and seek to understand the relationship of the disease with social, economic and environmental indicators.
