Abstract

Objective to evaluate the effect of using ACE inhibitors in patients with a positive diagnosis for SARS-COV-2, correlating with their clinical evolution; and to analyze the acute effect of ACE and ACE2 inhibitors in mice submitted to pneumonia through the systemic administration of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) model after administration of ACE2 blockers.
