Abstract

IBUSP's Genome Center (CEGH-CEL) is part of a network organized by the Ministry of Health to try to understand why some people develop serious or lethal forms of COVID-19 while others have mild forms or remain asymptomatic. The Ministry's proposal is to collect around 2000 samples from patients in partnership with the Albert Einstein Hospital. The Genome will also be responsible for research into transcriptome and immunophenotyping of these samples.
