Abstract

To initiate a network learning cycle around Covid19's effects on the drugs field drawing on the Transdisciplinary Complex Adaptive System framework and provide rapid reports on issues experienced by people who use drugs, which can directly inform the evolving public health response and actions to safeguard health and improve wellbeing.
