Abstract

This study aims to address some of the major gaps in our understanding of SARS-CoV-2 infection and disease, in particular with respect to differences in disease susceptibility, severity of infection and disease mechanisms. We will apply a multi-omics approach to mild/asymptomatic cases, to identify biological pathways that are protective of or deleterious to the response to SARS-CoV-2 infection.
