Abstract
The already numerous health challenges on the African continent before the Covid-19 crisis worsen the circulation of this virus and its new variants. In order to help policy makers better analyze the impact of these pre-existing challenges, the project aims to provide them with updated data and digital tools that will help them better plan their response to Covid-19. An African Covid-19 vulnerability index will thus be developed, in coordination with the Africa CDC Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. In summary: a project aiming to develop an African index of vulnerability to Covid-19, in coordination with Africa CDC and intended for public decision-makers, to inform decision-making processes in a precise and up-to-date manner.
