Abstract
Establishing a robust and safe immunophenotyping methodology. This project aims to establish tools for the in-depth analysis of the activation/functionality of innate and adaptive immune cells in human blood, with the aim of subsequently applying these tools to probe immune cell activation in COVID-19 patients and define immune subsets driving the cytokine storm and biomarkers associated with immunopathology/immune protection.
