Abstract
Developing mathematical models to explore the extent to which the timeline of interventions have affected the course of the local epidemic in South West England, including capacity and demand for intensive care beds and mortality. Working closely with the local clinical support unit and clinicians to ensure that their modelling is useful in supporting local decision making. The team will produce a web-application allowing real-time updates of the model predictions which integrate with local service planning tools and will make model code available publicly.
