Abstract

This project will look at the efficacy of smartphone nudging technology for students who have taken part in the 1st term delivery of the Science of Happiness course as part of a coordinated plan to develop remote support of positive psychological interventions which have been shown to improve mental well-being in this population. It will also enable the team to organize virtual meet-ups or happiness hubs during these periods of isolation.
