Abstract

NTS Radio is a UK-based radio station with a global audience of music lovers who tune in to NTS to hear music they cannot hear anywhere else. This project will see NTS Radio build and launch an iOS app that will exploit new developments in audio technology and allow listeners to enjoy live multi-format radio in spatial audio on specific radio shows including live performances by bands and musicians. Intuitive UI will be used to gather live user feedback so that NTS can learn from, and develop a station-wide roll-out of spatial audio across the platform.
