Abstract

The mechanisms involved in the pathogenesis of ZIKV and SARS-COV-2 in the CNS will be evaluated using 2D models of human cells and 3D brain organoids derived from iPSC. The study will also involve the use of in vivo models to validate prevention (vaccines) and treatment (drug) strategies. (AU)
