Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, patients have stayed in touch with their healthcare providers in a variety of digital ways, keeping them safely connected. However, this form of 'remote care' was not always preferred by all patients. The question now is how the options for 'telemedicine' can best be used in the future to help patients as best as possible.
