Abstract

Why are we doing this project? It is important to work well together in the region in the care of people with persistent complaints after COVID-19 so that care meets the needs of patients and can be organized close to home. What results does this project deliver? With this project we hope to make the current post-COVID care in the three Northern provinces more person-oriented, broadly accessible and effective. Why is this project important for patients and their loved ones? One in eight people develop persistent complaints after a COVID-19 infection. This has a huge impact on their daily lives. It is important to be able to provide the right care in the right place in a timely manner. How are we going to implement this project? We evaluate current care in the North, apply the results in practice and thus ensure continued development of better care in the North. We do this together with all relevant stakeholders in a participatory action research.
