Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, governments found it difficult to choose measures to limit the spread of COVID-19. The measures also differed greatly: from mouth and nose masks and keeping distance to closing sectors. These measures were often introduced too late, so that stronger additional measures were needed to relieve the burden on healthcare, which subsequently had negative effects on society. It is therefore important to determine at what time which measure should be introduced.
