Abstract
During the corona pandemic, people with health problems have been hit unevenly hard. Having multiple diseases ("multimorbidity") and the sensitivity of the immune system (defense system) is important for getting a COVID-19 infection. But it is also important for recovery after a COVID-19 infection. It is still unclear whether and how these diseases and susceptibility can cause additional diseases, such as cardiovascular disease, or death after a COVID-19 infection.
