Abstract

Charley Toorop Health Center houses a team of general practitioners, center assistants, practice assistants and a nurse specialist who provide care to the patient population in the Rotterdam Prins Alexander area. The health center also offers physiotherapy, obstetrics, dietetics, podiatry and mental health care and has a pharmacy. Due to the growth and certainly also due to the restrictions imposed on us by the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to accelerate a number of important steps in further digitalizing our organization and structurally implementing e-health solutions. This is not only necessary to further optimize mutual coordination and internal collaboration, but also because our patients are increasingly asking for online contact. We have realized that we are insufficiently able, due to a lack of time and expertise, to take the necessary steps that are now required. The coach will help us with this.
