Abstract
Corona Youth Health Monitor 2021 The corona crisis has an impact on everyone's lives, directly and/or indirectly. The government monitors the health effects of this crisis via the Integrated Health Monitor COVID-19. This monitor consists of various sub-studies aimed at young people, adults and the elderly. The Corona Youth Health Monitor will take place at secondary schools in the Netherlands at the end of 2021. The results will be published in May 2022 and provide insight into the impact of corona on the health, well-being and lifestyle of young people. The aim of the monitor is to support policy makers at local, regional and national level in policy making. Based on the results, an appropriate care and support offering can be set up with the aim of limiting the negative health effects of the crisis. The monitor was developed by the RIVM, the GGDs, GGD GHOR Netherlands, Nivel and ARQ National Psychotrauma Center.
