Abstract

Development of a novel lateral flow molecular diagnostic system, designed to surpass conventional PCR technology by employing isothermal amplification, operates entirely within a sealed cartridge, eliminating the need for a temperature cycler and specialized personnel, and achieves completion within one hour.
