Abstract
One Health Surveillance Platform (OHSP) for COVID-19 response in Malawi had been developed by the lead institution (LIN) and the Malawian Ministry of Health in collaboration with development partners. The study plans to critically assess the usage of the One Health Surveillance Platform (OHSP) at the national level and the WhatsApp Chatbot at the community level for the COVID-19 response in Malawi, including its decision-making process and multiple stakeholders' perspectives on the effectiveness of the digital tools.
