Abstract
This wastewater monitoring makes it possible to estimate the circulation of SARS-CoV-2, influenza viruses A and B and respiratory syncytial viruses (RSV) in Switzerland in a timely manner. Wastewater monitoring includes: - regular analysis of wastewater samples for gene fragments of SARS-CoV-2, influenza A and B and RSV - quantification of the gene fragments of these viruses - further development of the methodology, if necessary - testing the applicability of this monitoring for other pathogens
