Abstract

When dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, it is important for authorities to know how the population perceives what is happening, how they assess risks and how this determines their contact behavior. As part of this study, a representative sample of the Swiss population is regularly surveyed on these topics. This study is part of a cross-country longitudinal study in Europe, which enables a comparison across different countries, including Great Britain, the Netherlands and Belgium. In Switzerland, the project started in January 2021 and was funded by the EU Commission until September 2021. The surveys are now to continue until March 2022.
