Abstract

QooLabs proposes to generate high-affinity monoclonal antibodies against six immune cell targets of Syrian golden hamsters that are relevant to long-COVID research. Specifically, the Offeror proposes to produce recombinant proteins as immunogens for immunization of rabbits, to generate rabbit monoclonal antibodies using their proprietary method, and to validate the antibodies for use in long-COVID research in the hamster model for SARS-CoV-2.
