Abstract

The main goal of our project "Let's meet again after the Covid 19 outbreak!" is to promote democracy, cooperation and common values in Europe through active local and international participation. It also aims to learn about each other's cultures, showcase good practices and plan our future in the EU, solidarity and problem solving in an epidemic situation. The event will be organised around a different theme each year, in addition to the traditional theme of church history. An important part of the project is to increase knowledge about the EU, to promote communication between generations and nations, and to strengthen tolerance and solidarity. We will examine the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic on the daily life of local communities, as well as on the functioning of communities and forms of civic engagement during the Covid-19 crisis. The project will demonstrate the process of collaboration with project partners and involve new project partners. It will bring together citizens of different ages to understand each other's social and political problems, discuss how local NGOs have helped to solve the Covid crisis and discuss the role of local NGOs in the solution of the Covid crisis. The activities encourage solidarity and volunteering. During the implementation of the project in each participating country, we will ensure that the results of the project can indirectly reach as many people as possible. Representatives from four countries are involved in the project.
