Testing DNA/RNA dyes used in qPCR/RTqPCR and LAMP/RTLAMP, for detection of SARS-CoV-2 virus or for RNA isolated from SARS-CoV-2 viruses. Also, testing different different qPCR/RTqPCR and LAMP/RTLAMP reaction mixtures. In addition, testing the properties of prototype kits.
