Abstract

The aim of the study "Lessons Learnt from Emergency Situation" is to reflect on how the University of Tartu, as an organization, coped with the changes brought about by the emergency situation established to prevent the rapid spread of the virus COVID-19 and to what extent the experience gained from the emergency situation can be used in planning future work.
