Abstract

We will perform one-time test for diagnostic Sars-CoV-2 PCR primers used by Solis Biodyne. The test will include computational analysis of primer specificity against a predetermined list of organisms and computational analysis of primer sensitivity against new and widely spreading viral strains (UK strain, SA strain, Indian strain, etc.).
