Abstract
In order to detect a new wave of COVID at an early stage and locally, the SARS-CoV-2 early warning monitoring system based on wastewater analysis was developed by the University of Tartu. It includes includes regular baseline monitoring in all Estonian county centers and cities with more than 10,000 inhabitants; risk monitoring at up to 50 of the most critical sites
