Abstract
The aim of the research is to examine the experiences and attitudes regarding the aspects of medical ethics during Covid-19 pandemics among front line healthcare professionals. The focus of the research is divided between ethical dilemmas regarding treatment and support of patients in the context of lacking resources and other ethical aspects related to potential role conflictsof healthcare professionals (professional ethics vs obligations in front of the family) and the availability of institutional support. The research will be carried out in two phases - first a quanitatvie survey will be conducted followed by qualitative, semistructures in-depth interviews. As a result, the research aims to reveal potential solutions to secure healthcare professionals in working under pressure and conditions pandemic creates.
