Abstract
We have discovered that the yellow fever vaccine strain particle contains mutations that constrain the virus E glycorprotein dynamics and antigenicity. This projec will build on these findings to investigate YFV cross reactivity to other flavivirueses and use the mechanistic insights we have form YFV vaccines to design the next generation of flaviviruse vaccines and broadly protective antibody therapies for DENV and other important flaviviruses.
