Abstract
Phase 2 of the Vaccine Data CoLab will focus on catalysing COVID-19 vaccine uptake, with a view to build resilient health systems for future shocks. This approach moves beyond vaccine supply and works to provide data on the specific hesitancies and access barriers communities face. This requires moving from a global to a hyperlocal and targeted approach taking into account unique contexts and local planning and decision making for more effective behaviour change campaigns and vaccine strategies.
