Abstract

General: This end of the programme review will focus on how NHSP3 adapted to address the health system reform challenges in federalism, in particular around changing health sector governance structures, leadership & accountability, procurement and public financial management, quality of care, data for decision making, social accountability in health sector, COVID-19 and retrofitting of hospitals & health infrastructure in federalised Nepal.
