Abstract
This contract will identify and validate epitopes conserved in viral pathogen families with pandemic potential in accordance with NIAID's Pandemic Preparedness Plan. Accordingly, for each viral family we select a prototype virus that will be utilized in the epitope identification screen. The viral families and prototype viruses included are: Coronaviridae (SARSCoV- 2), Flaviviridae (DENV2), Togaviridae (CHIKV)), Paramyxoviridae (Measles), Arenaviridae (Lassa), and Picornaviridae (Poliovirus).
