Abstract
The number of self-employed people has increased enormously before, during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. These hybrid workers generally have minimal preparation and often jump into the deep end unprepared. The Entrepreneurs Collective received many questions from members before, during, but especially after the pandemic. They noticed that there were quite a few self-employed people who are good at what they do but could use mental support. Self-employed people often start out healthy, but keeping body and mind healthy is in practice more difficult for a self-employed person than for an employee who can receive support from the employer. By offering a coaching program through these vouchers, they wanted to ensure that members became more vital, felt better about themselves and could therefore continue to grow in their entrepreneurship. This prevented dropouts and this coaching contributed to a healthier business climate.
