Abstract
"Primary objective: Evaluation of ""causative" or "possibly causative pathogen"" detection rate by mNGS in noninvasive samples (stool and/or urine) compared to invasive reference samples (blood, CSF, BAL and/or tissue). Secondary objectives: 1. Among detected ""causative" or "possibly causative pathogen"", evaluation of emergent or reemergent pathogen (including previously unknown pathogen X) detection rates by mNGS in non-invasive samples (stool and/or urine) compared to invasive reference samples (blood, CSF, BAL and/or tissue). 2. Evaluation of the impact of stool and urine mNGS results on patient management. 3. Confirmation of the role of the detected "possibly causative" pathogen in the patient's symptoms using additional investigations 4. Evaluation of ""causative" or "possibly causative" pathogen detection rates by mNGS in noninvasive samples (stool and urine) according to symptoms 5. Evaluation of ""causative" or "possibly causative" pathogen detection rates by mNGS in noninvasive samples (stool and urine) according to immune deficiency type 6. Evaluation of the cost of adding mNGS analysis in stools and urine"
