Abstract

"Main objective: Evaluation of the diagnostic performance of RTube technology compared with BAL in immunosuppressed patients with clinical and radiological suspicion of oCOVID-19 and negative nasopharyngeal PCR: Sensitivity, specificity of RTube test compared to BAL test as reference Secondary objectives: Acceptability and safety: absolute number, percentages of reported inconvenience by a self-questionnaire completed after the RTube sampling. Description of the clinical characteristics of oCOVID-19 patients: absolute number, percentages of reported symptoms (fever, cough, dyspnea, fatigue), delay from symptoms onset to BAL, medical history of the patients, current treatments... Description of the viral evolution by systematical SARS-CoV-2 sequencing Description of the intrapulmonary immunological response: concentration of pro-inflammatory cytokines Design of the study Diagnostic performances study"
