Abstract
Emergency clinical trial evaluating potential treatments for Ebola disease caused by Bundibugyo virus in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The adaptive platform initially evaluates MBP134 and remdesivir, alone or in combination. International coordination is led by the Pandemic Sciences Institute at the University of Oxford; WHO sponsors the trial and national and international partners deliver it in the DRC.
